Discovery Health MD has partnered with DoubleTree Hotel, SeaTac to offer special rates and host our testing! The hotel offers shuttles and food service to help maintain quarantine and social distancing. Guests can call the reservations line directly at 888-235-4408 and ask for the Discovery Health Rate. Or they can walk into the DoubleTree and the agent at the front desk can book it for them as well. The rate is open and active. Reservation hours are from Monday to Sunday: 8:00am-3:00pm.

Your employees’ test results will be available quickly, however we suggest a 24-hour quarantine while you wait.

Once you have your results, our medical staff will work with you to address positive test results and determine next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can just anyone get tested?


Yes, while our Test-to-Fly program geared toward individuals traveling through airports in the Seattle-Tacoma area we can accommodate testing for anyone at our dedicated sites. You do not need a transiting ticket to be tested.

What’s the Test-to-Fly process?


First you will need to visit our bookings page, which can be found here: Test-To-Fly Booking

Once the testing appointments are scheduled, you will receive an email with a link to fill out the online consent and questionnaire. You will be asked if you have any current symptoms or recent exposure to someone with possible COVID-19. If you have symptoms, you should not test and should seek medical care. You will be asked to provide demographic information and answer some questions including your travel history in the past 60 days. This information will help with contact tracing efforts  if you or your party have a positive result.

It is very important your name matches your identification exactly.

On the testing day, your ID will be verified and our medical staff will assist you with obtaining the nasal swab specimen. These will be sent to one of our partner laboratories for processing.

Do all countries accept your tests for travel?

We provide a variety of testing options.

Please check your country’s travel requirements closely.

You may have to comply with country requirements even if you are only transferring through that country.

If you have questions about the appropriate test, contact your airline or country’s consulate, our staff will not be able to advise you on the appropriate test required.

Where can I access my results?

You can access your results by visiting our website www.discoveryhealthmd.com and go to the upper right-hand corner where you will see an option to select ‘Log In’. Please click or hover over this button and then choose the appropriate portal method on the following page. Kindly note, emails can be duplicated for family usage, however, each individual tested will need an unique username to match with their results.

Can you accommodate special documentation requests?

You will schedule any paperwork you need to be processed with the on-site testing administrators on the day you test. Please note that there is a $25 fee for the paperwork. 

If your travel destination requires forms, documents, lists, signatures, or seal stamps to be filled out, you will be required to schedule a time with the on-site admin for you to come back. The administrators will discuss with you the best plan of action to match your travel plans and needs.  

  • Present the list of items (Passport Number, DOB, Date, forms, etc.)  
  • PICKUP can ONLY happen once the results have been posted to the client’s account on the Discovery Health portal. 

We cannot provide Fit To Fly documents.
