Step 1. Book your appointment:
Step 2. Provide your medical background:
Once your testing appointment(s) have been scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to fill out the online consent and questionnaire. You’ll be asked if you have any current symptoms or possible recent exposure to someone with COVID-19. If you have symptoms, you should not test and should seek medical care. You will be asked to provide demographic information. This information will help with contact tracing efforts if you or anyone in your party have a positive result.
Step 3. Test at the airport:
At your assigned testing appointment, please bring a proper form of identification. Your name must match your legal form of identification exactly for your ID to be verified. Medical staff will assist you with obtaining the nasal swab specimen. These will be sent to one of the partner laboratories for processing.
