Lab Based tests may be sent to one of several labs to give you the best possible turnaround time. All tests performed at CLIA certified labs on various RT-PCR processing technology to be determined at time of processing.
All Results Timelines for Rapid tests are based on a single run of the sample. If the sample needs to be re-processed due to an inconclusive result this will double the Results Timeline.
If there are lab delays, we are able to provide a comped rapid test, if appropriate for the destination.

FAQs

I am taking a rapid test. Should I stay in the area while I wait for results?

Yes. We recommend staying in the area and having your phone on in the event we need to reach out for a retest.

What is the youngest age you will test? Do you have an age limit?

We have no age minimum for testing. We test all ages including infants. All our assays are acceptable to test with any age group. However, be aware that travel restrictions may dictate the age limit allowed for result acceptance. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the requirements of your destination.

Do you accommodate Japan country requirements?

If traveling to Japan, we can accommodate Japan’s Certificate of Testing for an additional fee. Documents will need to be picked up in person once your results have been posted.

A nasopharyngeal swab can be requested at check in.

What test do I need to travel to Canada?

The Canada border will open to all vaccinated travelers as of Aug 9th.

All travelers, including those vaccinated, must ALSO receive a valid PCR, RT-PCR, or NAAT Molecular test within 72 hours of entering. Antigen tests at NOT accepted.

Am I able to add my passport information to my test results?

Yes. Bring your passport with you to your appointment. We can also add the passport number retroactively in person or through our Client Engagement team by emailing [email protected]
