CPR, AED & First Aid

Cardiac arrest is the headline emergency. Cuts, burns and fractures are the everyday ones. This session covers both.

Price range: $850.00 through $1,882.00

What this course is

What does first aid add over CPR and AED alone?

What does first aid add over CPR and AED alone?

Bleeding control, burns, fractures and sprains, and recognising medical emergencies like stroke and seizure. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151 expects adequately trained first-aid personnel wherever a clinic or hospital is not in near proximity, which describes most worksites and every vessel. Against the CPR and AED session, the first-aid add costs $65 to $80 per session, which works out to $3.20 to $6.50 per person.

Common questions

Answers operators and search engines look for

Yes, identical. This session adds the first-aid module on top rather than compressing the CPR content. Compare with CPR and AED alone.

Between $65 and $80 per session depending on group size, which is $3.20 to $6.50 per person. The bigger the group, the smaller the per-person add.

29 CFR 1910.151 requires adequately trained first-aid personnel where no clinic or hospital is in near proximity. This session provides that training; keep completion records with your safety program.

About 4 hours with hands-on practice throughout. It is one visit instead of two, which is the point of bundling.

Stop the Bleed for severe hemorrhage, and a managed medicine chest so the supplies the crew trains on are the supplies aboard. The SeaDoc line backs them up offshore.
